The stay was delightful, with welcoming staff and breathtaking grounds for walks (perfect for unwinding). The highlights were the fresh breakfast scones (the best I've ever had! ) and the relaxing spa treatments that rejuvenated my senses.

The bar area could benefit from a larger seating arrangement, especially for groups (it felt intimate for couples).

Delighted by the warm welcome upon arrival, I enjoyed a glass of bubbly, a lovely touch. The Sky Garden was fantastic, and the grounds were perfect for walks, especially with my dog. The dinner at the Garden restaurant blew me away. the service was attentive, and the food was delicious, particularly the cocktails. the Mews room felt a bit small for my needs, and I regretted not staying longer. Plus, there was a lack of hairdryers and mini-fridges in the Lake House, which would have added to the comfort. A few more staff during breakfast would have been helpful as wait times increased. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful estate and its amenities made my stay quite enjoyable.
